Technical Specialist

Main responsibility:

• Being responsible and manage the laboratory and the workshop.
• Being responsible for the technical equipment in the lab and workshop.
• Being responsible for the service department.
• Manage technical support.
• Manage the race support.

Duty and Responsibility:

• Support engineering with measuring and test of vehicles.
• Support engineering with measuring and test of parts.
• Building prototypes and samples as masters or test material.
• Analyze claims.
• Support quality with test and analysis.
• Support production with technical support.
• Support production with fixtures, set up and machine work.
• Develop and manage race support.
• Develop and manage service department.
• Develop and manage technicians.
• Race support to marketing.
• Technical support to marketing.

Qualification:

• High vocational or higher in Mechanical or related field.
• 10 years direct experience of mechanical work.
• Preferable experience from MC or automotive industry.
• Preferable experience in people management.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Committed, detailed and organized, good record keeping, self-managed, disciplined, good people skill and culturally tolerant.
• Proficient in English and preferable Thai.
